Farha’s attention to detail and efficiency in handling my receipts were truly impressive. She was not only incredibly thorough but also very patient, taking the time to answer all my questions with a smile. Farha’s professionalism and dedication to her work made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. I really thank Farha for her outstanding service and commitment to excellence. She is a true asset to the team!

We had a great stay at this hotel, mum had a surgery & we had to extend our stay for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful,polite,caring & professional starting from Mr. Ahmad salim the receptionist to Mais & Fadi from the housekeeping, the security men & the restaurant waiter & chef. Truly what a great team this hotel has! Food is always fresh and delicious , rooms are always clean, great location & easy access to everything you might need( dryclean,pharmacy, supermarket). Great experience & would definitely stay again at this hotel.

I am regularly in Amman for business, but travel with my family. This is a clean, tidy, mid range hotel at a good price. The service from staff was exceptional - we asked for help multiple times and always the help was quick and efficient. Breakfast was good for the price.
